There will be a club meeting next Thursday, January 23, 6 p.m. at Tommyknocker's Tavern. We'll have dinner first followed by a business meeting.
I've spoken with Brian, the owner of Tommy's, and he will smoke ribs for those that want them. We need to order the ribs ahead of time though. If you want ribs, please email me back no later than Sunday evening, January 19, and let me know what your order is. Ribs come in 1/4 slab, 1/2 slab, and full slab with 2 sides. If you don't want ribs, you can order off the menu when you get there.
